Independently Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Personal Injury & Workers’ Compensation Division
Empower Mental Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our growing Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Division. This is a remote role, and candidates must hold an active Arizona independent clinical license. The position focuses on providing trauma‑informed, evidence‑based therapy to individuals recovering from emotional, psychological, and cognitive impacts related to injury and occupational trauma.

Compensation
Compensation is paid per completed service and varies by provider credential level and service type. Rates range from $60 to $2,050 per completed service, with therapy sessions generally ranging from $60 to $175 and evaluations ranging from $325 to $2,050. No-show rates range from $30 to $75. Specific rates will be reviewed based on licensure level and approved scope of services.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients referred through personal injury or workers’ compensation claims
- Develop treatment plans and complete documentation in a timely, clinically sound manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists and neurorehabilitation specialists
- Provide occasional services to adolescent and child clients (majority adult caseload)
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active, independent clinical license in the state of Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
