Join and complete credentialing
Submit your interest form, then work with the provider network team through credentialing so your practice can begin receiving referrals.
Set your preferences
Define your service lines, geography, scheduling capacity, and the case types you accept, so referrals fit your practice.
Receive an appropriate referral
When your client's needs match your preferences and availability, you receive a referral with the information you need to evaluate it.
Review and accept or decline
You decide whether to accept each case. There is no obligation to accept every referral.
Schedule and treat your client
Schedule your client and deliver medically necessary care based on your independent clinical judgment.
Submit required documentation
Provide the clinical and case documentation the program requires, supported by structured workflows.
Review participation details
