Opting into Empower Mental Health's SMS program means consenting to receive recurring text messages at your provided number. These may include promotional offers, updates, and alerts related to our products and services. Participation acknowledges compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and FCC 2024 guidelines.
1. Opt-In Consent
The 2024 TCPA guidelines require explicit one-to-one consent. This means you consent to messages from Empower Mental Health only. Consent cannot be shared with other companies without direct approval.
You may opt in via web form by checking a clearly labeled checkbox explicitly stating SMS program enrollment. Consent is not required for any purchase.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on service interaction. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
3. Opt-Out Process

8. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations
The company is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network provider.
