Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Empower believes accessible care starts with accessible information. We are committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice control.

What we do

  • We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our design and development standard.
  • Pages use semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, labeled forms, and descriptive link text.
  • Meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • The site is designed to be navigable by keyboard, with visible focus states.
  • Animations respect reduced-motion preferences where supported.

Accessibility is ongoing work. Some areas of the site may not yet meet every guideline, and we review and improve them as we find them.

Accessibility in our services

If you need an accommodation for a scheduled evaluation, such as extra time, communication support, or help with telehealth technology, let your case manager know, or contact us before your appointment so we can prepare.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, we want to know about it. Contact us and tell us the page and the problem you experienced:
