About Empower: Empower provides behavioral health care for people recovering from personal injury. That's in-person care in 43 states and telemedicine in all 50. We partner with attorneys, case managers and medical offices so injured clients get the health care they need, documented the right way.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to PI attorneys, case managers and medical offices using our call scripts.
- Get past the front desk and reach decision-makers.
- Book discovery meetings and virtual introductions for the Partnership Executive team.
- Send outreach and follow-up emails using approved templates.
- Follow every lead through calls, voicemails, emails and callbacks on a set schedule.
- Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM the same day.
- Hand warm leads to Partnership Executives with clear notes.
