Empower supports partners with General Medical Evaluations and Behavioral Health Evaluations. Empower recruits and credentials its own clinicians, and the written scope identifies the examination and evaluation types, geographies, delivery approach, clinician qualification requirements, and applicable clinical quality processes before cases are assigned.

The Process
How a teaming relationship works
Scope definition
The relationship starts with a written scope: examination and evaluation types, volumes discussed without guarantees, geographies, service requirements, and the reporting formats the prime or administrator requires.
Credentialing
Clinicians assigned to the work are licensed in the applicable state or practicing under recognized telehealth authority, and are credentialed against applicable program, clinical, and examiner qualification requirements before taking cases.
Quality assurance
Evaluation reports pass Empower's clinical quality review before delivery. Applicable quality processes can be shared during diligence, and clinical quality accountability sits with the Chief Executive Officer.
Escalation
A named escalation path is established at the start of the relationship, with responsibilities for case and report questions agreed in writing.
Reporting
Reporting on volume and quality metrics is agreed at the start of the relationship, with scope, cadence, and format set in writing.

A clear scope
Examination and evaluation types, geographies, written service requirements, and reporting formats stated in writing at the start, so both sides work from the same definition.
Program requirements up front
The clinician qualification requirements, documentation standards, clinical oversight expectations, and compliance obligations the program carries, shared before cases are assigned so credentialing can be verified against them.
A named counterpart
A point of contact on the partner side who can answer program questions and receive escalations, matching the named escalation path Empower establishes on its side.
