PSYPACT and other telehealth authorities extend where a qualified clinician can conduct an examination, which is how telehealth coverage reaches all 50 states, subject to examination and program requirements.
Quality review from the first case
Clinical quality review applies from the first case, not after a ramp period. Reports go through review before release, with accountability held at the executive level by the Chief Executive Officer.
