Joining the network
The network uses proposed standards pending final approval that focus on active licensing, appropriate malpractice coverage, ethical practice, timely client access, and accurate documentation. Final requirements are established in the provider agreement.

Yes. You review each case and decide whether to accept it. There is no obligation to accept every referral.

Clinical care
You do. Participating providers determine medical necessity and establish appropriate treatment plans based on independent clinical judgment.
TPN participation does not replace the provider's independent professional judgment. Participating providers are responsible for determining medical necessity, establishing appropriate treatment plans, documenting care accurately, and complying with all applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

Documentation

Yes. Share each location and your total treating-provider capacity in the interest form so the team can review coverage across your sites.

Empower Trusted Provider Network is currently onboarding providers in Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and Georgia, with additional markets planned.
