Joining the network
The network uses proposed standards pending final approval that focus on active licensing, appropriate malpractice coverage, ethical billing, timely patient access, and accurate documentation. Final requirements are established in the provider agreement.
No application fee. You start with a short interest form. Participation is subject to credentialing and market availability.

Clinical care
You do. Participating providers determine medical necessity and establish appropriate treatment plans based on independent clinical judgment.
TPN participation does not replace the provider's independent professional judgment. Documentation

Payment

Compliance
No. The network does not pay for referrals. Care should be medically necessary and based on patient need.

Multilocation practices
Yes. Share each location and your total treating-provider capacity in the interest form so the team can review coverage across your sites.

Empower Trusted Partner Network is currently onboarding providers in Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and Georgia, with additional markets planned.
