Dr. Ashlee Rincon, PH.D

Education

Dr. Ashlee Rincon is a Licensed Psychologist in Arizona and Florida and a PSYPACT provider with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her first master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida, followed by both a second master’s degree and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University.

Current Position

Dr. Rincon serves as the Director of Clinical Operations and the Director of Clinical Training for Empower Mental Health’s advanced doctoral practicum program. In these roles, she integrates leadership, education, and clinical expertise to strengthen mental health services while shaping the next generation of providers. She has more than 15 years of experience in trauma-informed therapy and has completed significant training in neuropsychology.

Career History

Dr. Rincon’s clinical work spans Veteran Compensation and Pension evaluations, personal injury evaluations, psychoeducational assessments, and trauma-informed therapy. She is passionate about using psychological and neuropsychological evaluations to help individuals better understand their unique challenges and discover practical, person-centered strategies for growth and recovery.

Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dr. Rincon also incorporates solution-focused strategies when appropriate, recognizing the value of both structured, evidence-based interventions and strengths-oriented, goal-directed approaches. Her dual commitment to clinical excellence and provider development reflects her belief in resilience, innovation, and education as cornerstones of mental health care.

Personal Life

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Rincon enjoys crochet, knitting, painting, pottery, and reading. She also loves learning Spanish—embracing the challenge even as she works toward fluency. She believes that both creativity and cu
